Carleton Computer Science Society

The Carleton Computer Science Society (CCSS) was established in 1980, the Carleton Computer Science Society (CCSS) is an academic society that represents undergraduate computer science students. The CCSS aims to create academic, social, and industry-related opportunities and resources for those computer science students. Computer science students studying at Carleton University are automatically a member of the society and have the opportunity to participate in meetings, discussions, and run for executive or representative positions.

Mandate:

  • To engage Carleton University’s School of Computer Science undergraduate students in various social and academic activities.
  • To represent those students in the Carleton University community.
  • To act as a liaison between those students and the School of Computer Science.
  • To provide services for those students to aid in their academic career at Carleton University.
